Cancellation Policy

Refunds
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in (less a £50 admin fee). If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund (less a £50 admin fee) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Rescheduling
We would not want to see you suffer financial loss. Rather looking at a cancellation, in unavoidable circumstances we would prefer to offer you the possibility of rescheduling for alternative dates, with no admin fee and no financial loss incurred.

 

Additional rules

No pets allowed. Adults & children over the age of 13 only. Strictly no smoking.

A maximum of 6 people are permitted to use the property (including the grounds) and we ask you to be respectful of residents in the other apartments. Parties / large gatherings on any part of the property, including the grounds are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.

We kindly ask guests to be respectful to others in residence by trying to be as quiet as possible after 11pm.

This is a private residence and can only be used for private holidays. Professional use of the property or events are strictly prohibited. 

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
